Atchingtan Learning Center (ALC) takes the health of our visitors and ourselves very seriously and therefore the following guidelines are required:

• We will NOT require a COVID-19 vaccination to attend an event here at ALC, but we hope you will use common sense and get your boosters as soon as they are available to you.
• Being vaccinated will NOT exempt you from wearing a mask in designated areas. Designated areas will be defined on an event by event basis.
• Maintain social distancing of 6 feet between you and others even when outside.
• Masks are recommended in most community areas including bathrooms (minus shower time), community areas, workshop areas, food areas unless safe distancing arrangements are identified.
• What you do at your own camp is your own business, but respect the health of guests you have by wearing a mask or socially distance yourselves.
• Walking around in the open space does not require a mask but you should always have one handy In the event that you run into others during your wanderings.
• Minimize hugging and handshaking.
• Wash your hands often. A wash station is available.

For events hosted by organizations or groups, their COVID-19 guidelines must also be respected in addition to the above. Thank you for your consideration and helping us keep the site safe for nature lovers.
